Google & Meta Ads Management Services Agreement

1. Services Provided

• Google Ads Campaign setup and configuration
• Meta Ads Campaign Setup and configuration
• Keyword research and targeting on Google Ads
• Ad copy creation and extensions
• Ongoing optimization and monitoring
• Performance reporting
• Landing page Creation
• Static Website Creation (4 Pages Max)

Note: EIM Digital focuses on traffic and visibility. Sales, leads, or revenue are not guaranteed, as results depend on multiple factors outside the provider’s control.

2. Advertising Budget

• The client agrees to pay Google & Meta Ads advertising costs directly
• EIM Digital does not collect or manage advertising spend
• Advertising budget is separate from management fees
• This ensures full transparency and control for the client

3. Management Fee

• Client agrees to pay EIM Digital a monthly management fee
• Fee covers strategy, setup, optimization, and reporting, creation of Landing page, Static Website if included on the selected package
• Fees are non-refundable once services begin, for packages prices continue on Start Inquiry form

4. Access & Permissions

• Client will grant EIM Digital access to their Google & Meta Ads account
• EIM Digital will not own the client’s ad account
• All data remains the property of the client

5. Term & Cancellation

• Agreement is month-to-month
• Either party may cancel with 7 days’ written notice
• No long-term lock-in contracts

6. Limitation of Liability

• EIM Digital is not responsible for:
• Website performance if not created by EIM Digital as part of the selected package
• Sales conversion rates
• Google platform changes
• Business operational issues
